- APPROVAL: You then decide exactly what work is to be done. Online or onsite support
- Contract of work signing by client for project work (Only applicable on Project work
- 50% PAYMENT: Once you have paid, work begins or is scheduled.
- FOLLOW-UP: A manager will contact you to see how things went.
